Cash Flow
In today’s module I want to discuss cash flow. In its most basic for cash flow is the movement of money. We need money coming in to pay for what we want and need.
In our strategy we create cash flow by renting our property. We then use this money to pay for the interest and expense. If we work it right there will be left over money to cover our expenses for our lifestyle.
Your fun task is to consider how much cashflow you want to generate.
What amount do you want to generate each week now?
In 5 years, how much cashflow do you want to generate?
In 10 years, how much cashflow do you want to generate?
In 20 years, how much cashflow do you want to generate?
NOTE: Tax rules vary based on your specific circumstances and the country you pay tax in. Please consult your own tax professional to understand your own circumstances.
